Reservation:

A guaranteed reservation for 2 or more nights requires a 50% deposit. Full payment required for 1 night stays.

Cancellations:

Cancellation notice must be received in writing 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

Crib Rentals:

Crib rentas $25.00 for the stay

Check In Time:

3:00 PM check in.

Check Out Time:

11:00 AM check out.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.

Pets:

We allow quiet, well-behaved, small pets (under 40lbs.) at a charge of $90.00 per pet each day, and on a limited room basis (please call to verify availability of pet-friendly rooms). Pets are not allowed to be in the rooms by themselves. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Owners are 100% liable for any damage to the property or injury to individuals caused by their pets. Pet owners will be asked to sign an indemnity agreement upon arrival.
