House Policies


A guaranteed reservation for 2 or more nights requires a 50% deposit. Full payment is required for 1-night stays.


A $50 cancellation will be applied to all cancelled reservations. Cancellation notice must be received in writing 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise the full deposit is non-refundable. No-shows, late check-ins and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. Minimum stay requirements may apply to the paid portion of your stay.

Crib Rentals:

Cribs (Pack ‘n Play) are complimentary, depending on availability. Please request when making reservation. Otherwise they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. An additional $80 fee will be applied to your credit card on file per each unreturned or lost crib.

Check In Time:

3:00 PM check in.

Check Out Time:

11:00 AM check out.


Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel rooms or interior common areas. Guests smoking inside the rooms will be charged an extra night’s fee while we return the room to a non-smoking status.


We allow quiet, well-behaved pets at a charge of $200.00 per stay, and on a limited room basis. (Please call to verify availability of pet-friendly rooms.)

Taxes & Service Charges:

A tax of 11.675% (which includes a 0.75% Hotel Tax) will be applied. Incidental charges, if any, are additional.

Beach Parking Permits:

A limited number of complimentary beach parking permits are available upon request on a first-come-first-served basis, and require your signature upon retrieval. An additional $80 fee will be applied to your credit card on file if the pass is lost or not returned prior to your departure.

Pool and Beach towels:

Complimentary pool/beach towels are available at the front desk, (1) per each guest. Towels must be returned to front desk after use. An additional $20 fee will be applied to your credit card on file per each unreturned or lost towel.


Please inspect your room with your innkeeper on checking in. Any damage or lost hotel property items caused by you, your child or your dog will be charged to your credit card on file.

Group Booking Policy:

Solé East and Solé East Beach are a small Resort and Motel, respectively, with a limited amount of rooms. Once a reservation has been accepted, we will be turning away other guests and decreasing our chances of rebooking a cancelled reservation. Therefore, group bookings are non refundable and responsible for 100% of hotel charges. Reservations of ten (10) or more rooms qualify as a group booking. A 50% deposit by check or credit card is due upon booking. All reservations paid by check will need to be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The balance due is payable 15 days prior to the arrival date and will be charged to your credit card on file unless prior arrangements have been made. Please let us know if you will be paying other incurred charges or if your guests will be responsible for paying those charges upon checking out. If you choose to release any rooms and we are able to re-rent them, we will refund the charges allocated to those rooms less a 20% cancellation fee.
