House Policies

Minimum Length of Stay
  • Minimum length of stay requirements in place on weekends

  • 3-night minimum stays apply on holidays

  • Rates are subject to change without notice and are determined at time of reservation depending on availability. We do not price match.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
  • 50% deposit required at booking for multiple night reservations

  • Balance is due upon arrival by either cash or credit card

  • 100% deposit required at booking on all single-night stays

  • A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to all reservations cancelled before our 30-day cancellation window with the balance of the deposit refunded to the guest. There are NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Cancellation must be received in writing 30-days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable

  • There are NO refunds, credits, or modifications permitted within 30-days prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • No shows, late check-ins and early departures are responsible for payment of the entire reservation

  • Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. NO EXCEPTIONS

Crib Rentals
  • Cribs (pack n' play) are complimentary depending on availability. Please request when making reservation. Available on first-come-serve basis. An $80 charge will be applied to the credit card on file for each unreturned or lost crib
Pet Policy
  • $200 Pet Fee - regardless of length of stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note emotional support animals DO NOT meet most recent ADA guidelines and the fee WILL NOT BE WAIVED for emotional support animals
  • Limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Call hotel for availability.
Check-in & Check-out Times
  • Check-in time is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. There are NO exceptions.
Smoking/Vaping Policy
  • All hotel rooms and common areas are strictly Non-Smoking & Non-Vaping. Guests smoking inside the rooms will be charged a $600 penalty for each night needed to return the room to a non-smoking status.
Taxes & Services
  • A tax of 11.625% will be applied to each reservation. Incidental charges, if any, are applicable.
Beach Parking Permits
  • A limited number of beach parking permits are available upon reguest on a first-come-first-serve basis. Passes require a signature and a photo-ID upon retrieval. An additional $250 fee will be applied to your credit card on file if the pass is lost or not returned before sunset on the day the pass is signed out. Due to limited availability passes may not be kept overnight. There are NO exceptions.
Pool & Beach Towels
  • Complimentary pool/beach towels are available at the front desk. One (1) towel issued per guest and towels must be returned to front desk after each use. An additional $20 fee will be applied to credit card on file for each lost or unreturned towel.
  • Incidental charges are applicable if guests are found to have damaged, stolen or lost hotel property/items.
